Create platform for village /rural based / sub-urban based skilled people which will result in bringing the people of the society to show their entrepreneurship skills in various fields helping them find alternative livelihood to the people of rural and sub urban areas.

Provide, market, trade, provide training in and for procedures generated at village and at rural level.

1. To provide livelihood opportunity to rural people in an equitable and sustainable manner, through better access to assets (natural, physical, human technological and social capital ), that undoubtedly prevent intensification of poverty and livelihood vulnerability.

2. To alleviate poverty and unemployment through creation of basic social and economic infrastructure, provision of training to rural unemployed youth and privilege employment to marginal farmers/Laborers to discourage seasonal and permanent migration to urban areas.

To create platform for village /rural based / sub-urban based skilled people which will result in bringing the people of the society to show their entrepreneurship skills in various fields helping them find alternative livelihood to the people of rural and sub urban areas, which results in the overall development of the society.

4. To provide, market, trade, provide training in and for procedures generated at village and at rural level, specially handicrafts and non-timber forest produces (NTFP)

5. To promote importance of forestry, forests and forest products in rural poverty alleviation for national growth.

6. To work for the national growth and development of rural and urban area with the help of creating fund with some source of charity, donation and other related sources.

7. To focus that access to training and specialized education must extend deeper into informal and rural economies, where most people living in poverty work.

8. No objects of the company will be carried out without obtaining prior approval/no objection certificate from the concerned competent authority, wherever required and / or prescribed.

9. No object of the company shall be carried out without permission of the competent authority whomsoever and no object of the company shall be carried out on commercial basis.
